5. Ephemeral Nature of Service

ChatZap is designed for ephemeral communication. You understand and agree that:

  • Messages and calls are not stored or recoverable
  • We cannot retrieve lost conversations
  • Session data is destroyed when sessions end

6. Intellectual Property

ChatZap, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Emberline Ventures LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

ChatZap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will meet all your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Emberline Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChatZap.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChatZap after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
