Is my data really private?
Absolutely. All messages are end-to-end encrypted with ZapShield. We can't read your messages even if we wanted to. Ephemeral chats are never stored on our servers.
What's the difference between ephemeral chat and ZapVault?
Ephemeral chat (available to all) disappears when the session ends—no trace left behind. ZapVault Messages let you send persistent direct messages to your ZapSquad with GIFs and image attachments (free users get 100/day send & receive; paid plans are unlimited). Saving an entire ephemeral conversation to ZapVault requires a Zapper subscription.
