All messages and video conversations on ChatZap are ephemeral. This means:

• Messages exist only in device memory during active sessions
• No message content is stored on our servers
• When a session ends, all conversation data is permanently destroyed
• We cannot recover or replay any conversations

4. Encryption

All communications are protected by our proprietary ZapShield encryption system, which provides end-to-end encryption with session-unique ephemeral keys. Even we cannot access the content of your conversations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only:

• When required by law
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers essential to operating ChatZap

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information. Since we do not store conversation content, there is no message history to request or delete.
